Principle Of Operation:
When after the pipe roll into roller conveyor, driving roller by electric motor & sprocket chain, push pipe forward via friction force of roller.
Elevate & lower height of roller conveyor by worm wheel screw lifter, so as to conveying pipe go into clamping device exactly
When rolling the pipe to proper position, and proceed to lifting & turning by worm wheel screw lifter.

The whole of pipe roller conveying system consist of steel structure frame, roller set, lifting device, lifting & turning device, and gearing of sprocket chain etc.
Lifting device consist of electric motor, worm wheel screw lifter and gearing of sprocket chain etc.

Conveying the pipe automatically or manually when the end beveling machine works and the pipe can be removed from the machine with a turnover mechanism if necessary
It is improving automatization level in the pipe fabricating plant and decreases the hazards during hoisting.
