The synchronization fit up between the both ends of the slip on flange and the pipe can be realized, the fillet joint of ship shape welding between the slip on flange and the pipe can be realized; The fillet joint welding between the pipe and the reinforcing plate. To achieve rapid displacement by 2 large size hydraulic cylinders; It is suitable for fitting up &welding of the workpiece of "slip on flange + pipe + slip on flange ". When the workpiece is in an inclined position, 2 welding torches simultaneously to carry out the fillet joint of ship-shaped welding of 2 weld joints (insidefillet joint at upper, outside fillet joint at bottom), when switching to another inclined position, 2 welding torchessimultaneously to carry out the fillet joint of ship-shaped welding of another 2 weld joints (outsidefillet joint at upper, inside fillet joint at bottom).
