Performance Features: A patented product,suitable for long pipe spool with multipass weld; able to do multi-pass weldcontinuously;equipped with: one clamping type welding rotator; two multi-functional fit-up heads;two movable trolleys with supporting wheels; one traveling cantilever welding trolley;After finishing fitting up weld joint with fit-up machine and positioner , moving away the fit-up machine to start welding automatically;standard configuration: Lincoln Flextech500 multi-function welding power; TIG/MIG root welding with QSPT's root welding technology; TIG/MIG/SAW fill-in and cap welding; operation through a streamline welding control cabinet + an aluminum alloy wire control box.
