Welding procedure:
Application: be widely used in projects with a majority various of butt welding lines of spool pieces such as pipe-pipe, pipe-elbow, pipe-flange, pipereducer, pipe-tee, flange-flange and flange-elbow etcOn-line Performance: Excellent (Designed completely as per the on line equipment of the production line)
Application: TIG+MIG+SAW for automatic root pass, fill in & final welding or welding the pipes or the cap welding of the aluminum alloy pipe which need higher quality.
Operability: Good (applicable and easy to operate even if you are a new user within a short period of time).
Surface finishing: Excellent (the welding gun will always be positioned in the optimum position)
Driving Reliability: Good (driven by frictional force, however, it is required to set essential balance weight to offset large bending moment caused by elbows for large diameter pipe, or providing a chain tensioner to improve the reliability of the driving).
